Job Description

What you'll do:

Lead the design process on multiple premium joinery projects.

Oversee and guide draughtspeople to deliver on time and to perfection.

Produce, review, and approve detailed manufacturing drawings.

Be the main design contact for clients, PMs, and production teams.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in bespoke joinery design (windows, doors, stairs, cabinetry).

Expert knowledge of materials, finishes, and manufacturing methods.

Proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar).

Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
