The Role

We're seeking a proactive and technically astute Project Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering Department. You'll play a pivotal role in managing complex engineering projects from concept through to production, acting as the technical bridge between customers, internal teams, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Translate customer requirements into robust technical specifications Drive DFMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) across all project stages Create and manage detailed project plans, ensuring delivery on time and within budget Develop and execute comprehensive Verification & Validation (V&V) plans Scope and define design concepts that meet technical and commercial goals Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver detailed design outputs Lead DFMEA creation and maintenance Track and document progress against technical requirements Present project updates at gate reviews and key milestones Provide feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives Undertake additional duties aligned with the scope of the role

What You'll Bring

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, or related discipline) Proven experience in project engineering within a manufacturing or automotive environment Strong understanding of DFMA, DFMEA, and V&V methodologies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in engineering tools and project management software A collaborative mindset with a drive for innovation and quality
