Project Engineer (Continuous Improvement)

45,000 - 48,000 + Days Based + 30 Days Holiday + Progression + Additional company benefits

You will be based in or commutable from one of the following locations: Preston, Kirkby, Lancaster, Kendal. Other locations will also be considered.

Are you from an industrial projects/engineering background and looking for an autonomous role where you will work to lead the industrial engineering function of a specialist manufacturing business.

In this role you will work to drive continuous improvement and maintenance across a specialist company known for their continued personal development.

The company are at the forefront of their industry and due to continued investment and expansion they are further looking to add to their senior management teams.

This role would suit someone from a manufacturing background with previous experience in Continuous improvement/lean manufacturing looking for a long term permanent position.

The Role:

Working as an Industrial/Projects Engineer on engineering projects to drive continuous Improvement across a specialist manufacturing business Overseeing and managing maintenance and industrial engineering Further duties of the role will include but are not limited to; Continuous improvement, Process Improvements, Projects, Managing Budgets, Planning, Lean and more. Leading a team Days Based (Monday - Friday)
The Person:

Previous experience in a similar level role such as; Projects Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Continuous Improvement or similar. Manufacturing environment experience Previous experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing Looking for a long term permanent position
