We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Project Engineer / Systems Engineer

to join our team. In this dual-role, you will oversee the technical execution of projects while also managing systems-level design, integration, and validation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, quality, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the execution of engineering projects from concept to delivery Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies Act as the primary technical contact between internal teams and customers

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field 2-6 years of experience in project or systems engineering roles Strong understanding of engineering principles, systems lifecycle, and project management Experience with system modeling, requirements management, and test planning Proficiency with tools like MS Project, Jira, DOORS, or similar Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Define system architecture, requirements, and interfaces Lead system integration, testing, and validation efforts Perform trade-off analyses, risk assessments, and root cause investigations Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards and safety regulations Maintain system documentation, including specifications, test plans, and change logs Support continuous improvement of engineering processes and tools Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or INCOSE (ASEP/CSEP) Experience with MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) tools (e.g., SysML, Cameo, Enterprise Architect) Familiarity with engineering standards (ISO, IEEE, etc.) and regulatory requirements Exposure to Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
