driven and detail-oriented Project Engineer
to join our growing Installation team.
Your Role:
As a Project Engineer, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of medical and laboratory gas pipeline installation projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate engineering activities across installation projects
Prepare project documentation including technical reports, drawings, schedules, RAMS and programmes of works
Management of labour requirements on site
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve technical issues
Assist with procurement and cost control
Conduct site visits to oversee installations and ensure compliance with specifications
Maintain accurate records and update our Protean project system
Stay up to date with industry standards and support R&D initiatives
Qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Skills and Experience:
Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with healthcare/NHS environments is an advantage
Knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and technical documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project); CAD skills beneficial
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable managing multiple projects
A team player with strong interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a commitment to quality and safety
Flexible, with a practical and hands-on approach

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
