You support our team as
PROJECT ENGINEER
Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance and support to project team members, customers, and other project stakeholders.
Participate in technical specification review and resolution.
Monitor manufacturing and assembly, in-house and at sub-contractors.
Provide field service support to clients on delivered projects.
Create risk assessments and test permits for assembly testing activities.
Coordinate and support 3rd party inspections in line with agreed inspection test plan.
Monitor condition of test equipment and tooling, coordinate with maintenance and replacements.
Carry out dimensional checks during spool fabrication, welding and PWHT.
Qualifications
Minimum HNC/HND level, or suitable referenced experienced in an engineering discipline. CNC machining experience is desirable.
Strong organisational and communication skills, written and verbal.
Excellent IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Applications.
Able to work to deadlines in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple projects is essential.
Working knowledge of relevant industry specifications and legal regulations is desirable.
Confident decision-making skills, with the ability to make decisions remotely.
Lifting & Slinging, gantry operation and forklift experience would be an advantage.
HSE experience/qualification would be an advantage. E.g., IOSH, NEBOSH.
