We offer the UK a turnkey service (consulting, design, value engineering, and installation) of bespoke secondary glazing to commercial clients.

Role Overview

The Project Engineer supports the planning, coordination, and technical delivery of secondary glazing projects across commercial, heritage, and public sector sites. Acting as the company's technical and CAD expert, this role bridges design, production, and installation to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Produce, manage, and maintain all technical and standard type drawings for projects. Act as the CAD specialist, supporting all departments with drawings and design tasks. Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and surveys. Oversee design approvals and technical submittals. Provide technical solutions to design and installation challenges. Support Project Managers and the Estimating Team with technical queries. Coordinate with internal teams to align project objectives and resolve design issues. Attend site visits as required to provide technical input. Contribute to product development and system improvements.

Requirements

Experience as a Project Engineer, Design Engineer, or similar in glazing, construction, or fenestration. Advanced CAD skills (AutoCAD or equivalent). Strong technical understanding of building and glazing systems. Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. Relevant technical or engineering qualification (desirable).

This role is office based, with some travel to and from sites around the UK. It would suit someone within commutable distance to Dinnington, Sheffield.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
