Our client in Stoke On Trent is Looking for Project Engineer on a temp to perm Basis
Project Engineer
Stoke On Trent
35k-40k PA
Immediate Start
Your responsibilities:
- Regular construction site visits (normally within an hour from office location)
- Management of subcontract and directly employed labour
- Receiving and checking deliveries
- Coordinate onsite issues (i.e. service clashes) with input from design team
- Attend daily site meetings
- Attend weekly/monthly progress meetings
- Review site health and safety
- Review Risk assessment and Method Statements
- Prepare and submit site visit reports with photographic evidence detailing progress, issues, H&S status/concerns and general site updates
- Adherence and creation of programmes and advising/notifying of delays
- Strong understanding of building services (with a mechanical services bias) including but not limited to pipework systems, ductwork installations, and general plant configuration and setting out
- Ability to work under own initiative and be self-motivated
- SSSTS/SMSTS or equivalent qualification
- CSCS Black Card or equivalent
- Clean driving licence
- Be conversant with the requirements for powered access, and working at height
