The Role



As a Project Engineer at Busch, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful planning, execution and delivery of projects across various sectors. You will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial conception and resource allocation to final implementation and post-project evaluation.



With a keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy, the ideal candidate should have a solutions mindset and work to contribute to the continued growth of the business



The main tasks for this role will include, but are not limited to:
Defining project scope, bbjectives and deliverables in alignment with the company strategic goals Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Coordinate with department heads to secure required resources and ensure their optimal utilisation. Lead and manage project teams, providing clear direction and motivation. Monitor project progress against the plan, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints. Implement project management methodologies and best practices to ensure efficient and effective project execution. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management. Provide detailed and accurate project reports, updates, and documentation as required. Facilitate meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. Conduct post-project reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement. Document lessons learned and best practices to inform future projects. Ensure proper project closure, including final reporting and handover to operational teams.



Your profile


Ability to lead cross-functional teams. Strong delegation skills. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall). Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders. Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. Ability to manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness. Strong client relationship management skills. Ability to understand and meet client needs and expectations. Meticulous approach to planning and executing project tasks. Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Ability to communicate technical requirements and constraints effectively.
