Job Title: Project Lead (Enrich and Energise)
Location: Hybrid working (Office days required)
Reports to: Enrich and Energise Operations and Development Managers
Salary: 28,000 Hours: 37.5hours per week (including Saturdays)

Purpose:
To oversee the delivery of projects and services provided by Endorphins, ensuring effective planning, staffing, and monitoring.
This role ensures smooth service delivery by managing logistics, providing staff support and maintaining compliance with organisational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Venue and Session Management
Coordinate venue bookings, maintaining positive relationships with venue leaders and work closely with Customer Focus Lead.
Develop and oversee session plans and themes, ensuring alignment with care strategies in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Assessor.
Communicate plans and expectations to our delivery team in advance. o Ensure alignment with program objectives and participant needs. Staffing and Scheduling
Build weekly staffing rotas in line with staff availability and package requirements, using the Access system.
Issue weekly rotas to parents/carers and upload staff availability to Access for rota building.
Act as a point of staff contact, offering support with delivery, performance concerns, or related issues.
Track session completion and reschedule missed sessions.
Report staffing issues and ensure adequate coverage is maintained . Monitoring and Reporting
Track and report on undelivered hours, including reasons and their business impact, with weekly cost-value updates.
Share attendance registers with the Customer Focus and Recruitment Lead to ensure attendance tracking.
Maintain accurate records of safeguarding incidents and promptly address accidents or injuries. Session Reporting for Invoicing
Prepare and submit monthly billing and invoicing for delivered hours and mileage to the Operations Manager each month.
Ensure session delivery is confirmed with contractual days invoicing Staff Supervision and Management
Conduct supervisions for support staff every 6-8 weeks, alternating between 1:1 sessions and group supervisions by area.
Annual appraisals and personal development
Track and manage staff absences, raising concerns and managing issues such as punctuality and performance. Collaboration and Compliance
Work with the Quality Assurance Assessor and Workforce Lead to ensure monitoring documents are updated quarterly.
Work collaboratively with the Marketing, Partnerships and Events Lead to ensure content is available for newsletters and case studies.
Attend multidisciplinary meetings for service users utilising our support provisions
Collaborate with the Workforce Lead to support interviews and staff recruitment.
Monitor the on-call schedule and address urgent issues as they arise. DSL Understanding and Compliance
Ensure understanding of Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) compliance standards. o Ensure all documents are up to date and address any safeguarding concerns in a compliant and efficient manner. Person Specification Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Experience in project management, service delivery, or a related role.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage scheduling, reporting, and compliance.
Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, venue leaders, and care professionals.
Familiarity with safeguarding procedures and DSL compliance. o Strong communication and leadership skills to support and supervise staff effectively. Desirable Skills
Knowledge of the Access system or similar tools for rota-building and scheduling.
Experience working with young people or vulnerable groups.
Understanding of local authority procedures and expectations.
