We're seeking a dynamic and compassionate Project Lead to deliver
"Our Journey Our Way"
- an evolved, co-produced initiative supporting both men and women through therapeutic and educational activities. From creative expression and music to skill-building and professional talks, this project helps individuals build resilience, confidence, and meaningful connections.
You'll create a safe, stigma-free environment where participants are empowered to co-produce their own recovery journeys and health plans. With a strong foundation already in place, your role will be to grow the project, engage with partners, and ensure its long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a diverse programme of wellbeing activities
Foster a culture of co-production and lived experience
Support participants in building their own problem-solving toolkits
Promote inclusion, independence, and peer support
Collaborate with stakeholders and promote the project through various channels
