Job Description

About us:

ReWay Infrastructure - Make it Work. Keep it Working.

ReWay is redefining how railway infrastructure is delivered and maintained to support the future of sustainable transport.

We are looking for innovators, problem-solvers, and doers who thrive on challenge and want to make a tangible difference. At ReWay, we operate by two simple mantras: Make it Work - by installing and reinstating rail infrastructure for Very Light Rail (VLR) vehicles, and Keep it Working - by maintaining that infrastructure to keep routes safe, reliable and in service.

As part of TDI Greenway, ReWay sits within a bold ecosystem of transformation, sustainability, and lightweight thinking. We work fast, think smart, and build for impact.

If you are ready to roll up your sleeves and help build the backbone of next-gen mobility, we want to hear from you.

As a Project Lead, you will be at the forefront of delivering critical rail infrastructure, managing every aspect of project execution, from initial planning to final implementation. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. This is a dynamic role that offers the chance to shape the success of key infrastructure projects, contribute to industry best practices, and drive innovation in rail construction and operations.

What you will do:

Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure the successful delivery of Line 1 infrastructure projects. Work with planning authorities, surveyors, rail experts to develop and deliver functional plans to reinstate railways. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with program goals. Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency. Collaborate with teams across the group, including procurement, safety, and engineering, to resolve project challenges. Engage with stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and execution. Conduct project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance. Report project progress to senior management, addressing critical issues and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Knowledge of, and ideally qualifications in, CDM regulations is an advantage. Knowledge of council planning processes and land surveying is s distinct advantage. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, balancing technical execution with stakeholder expectations. Experience in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and quality assurance processes to ensure project success.
