Project Liaison Officer
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Liaison Officer to join our assets and investments team. Adopting a customer focused approach, you will deliver an excellent property liaison service, making sure that tenants and residents are actively, involved, consulted, and listened to throughout any improvement or capital works programmes.
As a Project liaison officer, you will play a key role within the assets and investments team working closely with our contractors and customers delivering an excellent, locally responsive service where the needs of contract holders, residents and others in the local community are recognised and proactively responded to
.
The ideal candidate will understand how to actively provide support to contract holders and residents. Have excellent organisation skills, be able to plan and prioritise their own workload and be comfortable working on site engaging with contractors and members of the community.
