We are recruiting for an experienced
Kitchen Project/Logistics Coordinator.
What you need:
Strong Project Management Skills
Able to juggle multiple installations at different stages.
Plans jobs to hit tight deadlines and reduce customer disruption.
Coordinates efficiently between Trades, installers, and customers
Technical Knowledge of Kitchen Fitting
Understands how kitchens are built and installed (e.g. cabinetry, plumbing, electrics).
Can spot technical issues before they become expensive mistakes.
Able to advise installers and solve problems on-site
Excellent Communication Skills
Keeps customers informed throughout the process.
Communicates clearly with fitters, suppliers, and internal teams.
Handles complaints or issues diplomatically but firmly.
Problem-Solving Mindset
Stays calm under pressure and finds practical fixes fast.
Thinks ahead to avoid common pitfalls in installs.
Escalates critical problems appropriately and proactively.
Sense of Urgency and Accountability
Doesn't delay or make excuses--takes ownership of the outcome.
Pushes for daily progress, especially when schedules slip.
Follows up rigorously on outstanding works and snags.
Attention to Detail and Quality
Ensures the final finish is top-quality and matches customer expectations.
Checks measurements, finishes, and fitting details thoroughly.
Signs off installs only when they meet company standards.
Leadership & People Management
Motivates fitting teams and subcontractors to deliver their best.
Resolves conflicts and sets clear expectations.

Tech-Savvy / Organised with Systs
Able to use CRM systems/Excel and keep notes updated.
