Who are we looking for?


Are you detail-oriented, thrive in a structured environment, and have a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Maintenance Coordinator with strong administrative experience to help us deliver exceptional retail experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, quality-checking tasks, and being part of a collaborative team that values precision and consistency.


You will contribute to the service lifecycle to deliver excellent levels of service, provide a seamless customer experience, achieve commercial success and make a positive impact on the environment.


What you'll be doing:


As part of our service delivery team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our retail installations run smoothly and meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:


Managing supplier purchase orders and cost trackers
Coordinating transport and inventory logistics
Creating support materials like training guides and booking documentation
Updating systems such as Team Haven, PHQ, Clarity, Mintsoft
Quality-checking work to ensure it meets service agreements
Communicating service status, milestones, and risks


What we're looking for:


We're after someone who's organised, proactive, and passionate about getting the details right. You'll need:


Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Solid IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word)
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
Previous experience in an administrative role
GCSEs grade 4+ in Maths and English
Bonus: Knowledge of retail installations or project management
