We have a new opportunity for a Project Management Support to join our dedicated Project Management team in Edinburgh. The role will operate within our Western Europe region and predominately provides support for our onshore wind projects across the UK and Ireland.
The role of Project Management Support
The role is a 10 month, fixed-term opportunity, to provide cover for maternity leave, and is based from our Edinburgh office, on a hybrid working basis. You will be required to travel to meetings and training across the UK and Western Europe. The Head of Project Office and the wider PM team will support you in the role and you will receive a Company induction and in-depth training to support you to fulfil your responsibilities.
Your main role and responsibilities
Liaise regularly with project management teams, colleagues from other departments and customers
Manage the quality of data that is updated and processed in project management systems
Compare data from other sources and identify differences that may result in amendments
Manage the registration and maintenance of project and logistic management (PLM) equipment
Track work place inspections and manage their implementation
Increase efficiency across the entire project management department by providing an excellent system of organisation and high level of communication
Contribute to meetings, taking minutes, and highlight key action points
Track KPI's within the projects and report these to the Project Managers or Construction Managers
Provide SAP support regarding planning, project schedules, deliveries and other administration
Ensure that payment schedules and planned and implemented and updated in SAP
What we offer you
Your salary will be 35,352 per annum, depending upon experience
Your hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Hybrid working is available with 2/3 days per week in the office depending upon meetings and collaboration with colleagues

Professional Qualifications and key qualities
A qualification in Construction Project Management or Business Administration or similar
Experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications, in particular MS Project and Excel
Ideally have experience of SAP
Highly organized and proactive
Able to influence key stakeholders
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to perform in high pressure environment
Ability to prioritize workload effectively
Ability to travel for meetings and training across the UK and Western Europe
A full, UK driving license and ideally confidence to drive internationally
Eligibility to work in the UK is essential
