Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple domestic building projects from inception to completion.
Meet with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring excellent customer service.
Prepare accurate and competitive pricing for projects.
Track and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within financial targets.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate all project activities.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all sites.
Report regularly to senior management on project progress and any issues.
Requirements:
Previous experience in project management within the construction or building sector (domestic experience preferred).
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Excellent client-facing and communication abilities.
Ability to price jobs accurately and manage budgets effectively.
Full UK driving licence.
