We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Project Manager Apprentice to join the Managing Directors office at Canon. As a Project Manager Apprentice, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and overseeing projects & initiatives aligning to the Canon UK&I Mid Term Plan. Supporting the Strategic Programme Managers, you will work closely with stakeholders from across the entire business to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired customer objectives.

What we ask

You will:

• Ensuring that the project produces the required deliverables within the specified tolerances of time, cost, quality, scope, risk and benefits.
• Planning and organising resources ensuring that roles and responsibilities of team members are clearly defined and agreed.
• Use of agreed project management tool and processes, providing clear project governance.
• Managing stakeholders and stakeholder engagement throughout the project using the most effective method \xe2\x80\x93calls, meetings, emails, project reporting.
• Preparing and maintaining all project documentation, gaining authorisations as required.
• Appropriate project reporting to project stakeholders and wider within the Managing Directors Office

You will need

As the Project Manager Apprentice, you will possess the following skills and expertise;

• Excellent organisation skills
• Exceptional communication skills and exemplary listening skills. Ability to manage project members assertively and politely to drive tasks and actions
• Ambitious and driven -with a desire to work in a high performing team and a focus on personal KPIs and results
• Strong time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and manage customer expectations
