As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.
Managing high-end residential joinery projects, ensuring seamless execution from design through to installation.
Working closely with clients, architects and designers.
Conducting regular site visits to oversee installation, resolve issues and ensure quality control.
Planning and allocating resources effectively to meet production targets and delivery expectations.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
What we are looking for
At least five years' experience as a Project Manager, working within the high-end joinery sector.
Autocad experience is essential.
Happy to travel to project sites throughout the country and sometimes overseas.
Thorough knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes, materials and installation methods.
Strong understanding of project management processes, including budgeting, scheduling and procurement.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage client relationships.
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
