Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager Lead that is responsible for the Management of IRIS Projects with accountability and responsibility for the day-to-day management, co-ordination, and control of the Projects, including the preparation of scope of works, quotations, management of Sub-Contracted works and in-house technicians. Experience of cGMP Clean Rooms, as well as general construction with mechanical and electrical installation is required as well as high levels of Health and Safety, including CDM management.

Duties include but not limited to -



Project liaison from the initial enquiry stage to final acceptance and handover documentation. Client liaison to discuss specific requirements and conduct accurate surveys as required. Prepare detailed quotations for proposed works to Clients Plan and coordinate all aspects of the project delivery, subcontractors, suppliers and working closely with internal teams. Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track. Act as the key point of contact for clients, attend necessary meeting ensuring clear communication, provide progress updates and excellent service throughout the project lifecycle. Take full responsibility for project budgets, ensuring effective cost control and profitability. Pricing and tendering of new projects, preparing competitive and accurate quotations. Review and approve supplier and subcontractor costs, ensuring value for money and project efficiency. Oversee any design, manufacture, installation, and commissioning of projects, Health & Safety - Coordination of Permit to Works in relation to specific Client restrictions and access of personnel to site, including control of construction areas.

What are we looking for?



Experience of working within the CDM Construction Regulations 2015. Hold a Construction Managers Health & Safety Qualification Hold relevant CSCS card Be able to work in an organized manner. Have good communication skills - in person, on telephone and by electronic means. The ability to Identify, evaluate and solve problems in a structured and systematic way. Experience in delivering high levels of customer service and satisfaction - ensuring services are delivered in-line with the Service Level Agreements. Effective use Microsoft Software, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, and Project Planning software.

Fire Alarm installation BMS installation Air Conditioning installation (Testing & Commissioning) Clean room construction & Validation HVAC Installation, Testing & Commissioning Converting Old buildings into office space with all services and building works to be covered. Overseeing new lighting installations including Lighting controls & Emergency Lighting
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekend availability
