Construo Recruitment are recruiting an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-quality residential apartment scheme. This is an excellent opportunity to join a Main contractor delivering an impressive residential development.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all stages of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction to handover Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and programme of works Ensure quality, budget, health & safety, and timelines are consistently met Coordinate with design, commercial, and client teams Chair site meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders Identify and mitigate risks and drive project performance

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience managing residential apartment projects (from 5m-20m+) Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills Excellent knowledge of construction processes and regulations Able to deliver projects to programme and budget with a focus on quality * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications preferred
