We are recruiting a dynamic, willing, and enthusiastic manager who can use their engineering skills to effectively manage the daily operations of many projects. The right candidate will carve this role into a critical management block within the company's business service space.
Summary of role
The project manager will be responsible for drafting project plans, schedule, timeline, risk log, decision log and stakeholder management maps within the building and property management space. The PM will also oversee and perform duties in the areas of site supervision & coordination, client relationship, business development and property servicing. The resource will be the conjugate between the customer, architect, planning expert and tradesman. The resource is also required to look into budget & finance management. Deliver and build expertise using tools such as Apex27, JIRA, PayProp, CanopyHQ, ProjectManager.com, Office suite, Draw.io, HBXL estimation and confluence.

Essential
- Hold a degree in engineering (preferably masters)
- Proven experience as projects manager and record of successful delivering - projects and managing operations
- Experience in Health & Safety aspects in a construction site
- Must have strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience in Quality control
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM tool
