Project Manager

THORPE PARK Resort, KT16 8PN

Hours:

40 hours per week Mon - Fri, some weekend work

Contract:

Fixed-Term 12 months



To coordinate and deliver professional Project Management Services, serving the resorts portfolio of a wide range of Capital and Opex based projects.

Responsibilities:



To provide Project Management Services - ensuring the successful delivery of a busy project portfolio, this to include direct Project Management and delivery of multiple and concurrent projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing a large amount of the resort centred project planning, including compliance, under the general governance of CDM and local authority planning restrictions or permissions. Managing whole site CDM requirements for Facilities based projects. Ensure that the feasibility of all potential new projects are thoroughly investigated and tracked, in particular in terms of feasibility, cost and planning. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that projects meet our specific brand requirements ensuring the brief be prepared and agreed collaboratively with involvement from all the necessary stakeholders to provide a smooth ad effective project delivery process. Prepare and manage a regular project update meeting with relevant stakeholders. Work to create and establish an effective project process that can be adhered to by all enabling coherent and consistent project delivery and standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
A recognized Project Management Qualification (Prince2 or similar) is desirable Sound understanding of basic IT programs (namely Microsoft packages including Projects, Teams - Excel knowledge is key to this position). Training will be provided when using specialised software A reasonable level of numeracy and literacy is required. Ability and understanding of data gathering and produce a summarized report of key information from it Previous Project Management Experience in a similar environment is essential Experience and ability in dealing with a variety of stakeholders in a collaborative and constructive way

This role is a full-time role, averaging 40 hours per week. Due to the nature of the business this will include weekends, bank holidays and some late evenings as required.

Pay Range: Compensation between GBP 50,000.00/Yr.-GBP 55,000.00/Yr.
