MadiganGill are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee a Civils project in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing Civils projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure all project components align with the overall objectives.
Budget Management:
Monitor project budgets, manage costs, and provide regular financial updates. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Resolve conflicts and handle issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, updating them on project progress, milestones, and any changes. Ensure client satisfaction and manage expectations effectively.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Team Management:
Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring that all members understand their roles and responsibilities. Foster a collaborative and productive working environment.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with a Civils background
Education:
Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Leadership:
Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to inspire and lead project teams to achieve project goals.
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Capacity to make decisions under pressure.
Attention to Detail:
High level of attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed flawlessly.

Negotiable depending on experience
