Overview


We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to oversee cross-functional workstreams spanning Business, Technology, and Regional teams. This role is accountable for driving delivery within scope, time, and budget while ensuring governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate will bring strong ERP experience (SAP ECC / S4 HANA), proven leadership in managing complex, multi-market projects, and excellent communication skills to engage senior stakeholders and global teams.

Role Description


Track and drive delivery of individual workstreams across Business, Technology, and Regional teams, ensuring alignment, governance, and timely execution.

Accountabilities



Manage progress, deliverables, and KPIs through governance dashboards, critical path timelines, and stage-gates. Maintain RAID logs, RACI, and provide timely updates to Governance Forums and senior stakeholders. Support risk mitigation by proactively flagging slippages and cross-stream impacts to the PMO Lead/Project Board. Ensure documentation, decisions, and status updates are centrally captured and audit-ready. Act as a key contact point for Business Owners, Tech Leads, and Regional Teams.

Responsibilities



Lead and manage project teams to deliver within scope, time, budget, and quality constraints. Conduct requirements-gathering sessions to define objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop and track integrated project plans in collaboration with System Integrators and cross-functional teams (Business, Technical, Regional, External). Consolidate integrated plans for review with the PMO Lead/ Project Board. Oversee cost control measures to keep projects within financial parameters. Facilitate effective communication across markets and stakeholders, ensuring governance visibility. Utilise project management tools (Microsoft Project, PlanView) and methodologies (Waterfall, SAFe Agile). Manage documentation and knowledge-sharing through content management systems - SharePoint or Confluence. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align product development and delivery initiatives. Experience of managing projects in finance workstream delivery with ERP expertise (SAP ECC, S/4 HANA).

Requirements



Proven supervisory experience with strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills. Brings deep functional expertise in OTC, FSCM and Trade Terms to align Business Priorities with delivery execution. Proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP Finance and S/4 HANA. Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple, complex projects in a global setting. Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to present clearly to senior stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies, and cross-stream impacts in complex programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 60,000.00-90,000.00 per year
