Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of our on-site installation projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring our systems are implemented efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
Site Operations: Oversee day-to-day site activities, including coordination of subcontractors and on-site fitting teams.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all site operations adhere to health and safety regulations and company standards.
Project Scheduling: Plan and manage multiple concurrent site installations, ensuring timely delivery and resource allocation.
Quality Assurance: Uphold Etra Feeders' commitment to excellence by monitoring workmanship and ensuring all installations meet our quality standards.
Budget Management: Track project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial efficiency without compromising quality.
Project Handover: Manage seamless handovers to clients, ensuring all documentation, training, and support are provided.
Resource Management: Efficiently allocate labour, materials, and equipment. Monitor usage to avoid waste and ensure sustainability.
