About the Role



We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who shares approach, valuing craftsmanship and attention to detail over purely commercial interests.

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering our live projects on time and within budget, from pre-construction through to handover. You will work closely with clients, architects, site managers, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring a positive experience for all.

As a small company you would be a key member of the team, and take a flexible, hands on approach to the projects.

Ideally you would have experience 'on the tools', managing projects, or maybe running your own small building company. Perhaps you have a background in architecture or engineering, or project management for a main contractor.

What We Are Looking For



Experience of managing building or fit-out projects Experience of planning, prioritising and programming work Fluent with computers, spreadsheets, Gantt charts, emails etc Excellent communicator, both verbally, written and through drawings Ability to give clear instructions and directions to the site manager Ability to understand and communicate through drawings and specifications Good understanding of the relationship between the architect, client and builder Good understanding of contracts, managing changes and resolving disputes Knowledge of risk assessments, method statements, safety, access and logistics Experience of doing take-offs, requesting quotes and ordering materials Some pricing, estimating and project accounting Knowledge of building and fabrication techniques
