Project Manager
to join our growing team and lead delivery on key developments.
Job Overview
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of major construction projects from planning through to completion. You will work closely with our directors, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This is a senior role with visibility and influence, offering the chance to make a lasting impact on Redsky Homes Group's portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Lead delivery of large-scale residential/mixed-use projects from pre-construction through to handover.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
Oversee procurement, tendering, contract negotiations, and contractor performance.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and local authorities.
Ensure compliance with planning, building regulations, and health & safety standards.
Monitor construction progress, resolve issues proactively, and mitigate risks.
Provide clear project reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
Uphold Redsky's commitment to quality, sustainability, and value creation.
Qualifications
Degree (or equivalent qualification/experience) in
Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying
, or related field.
Proven track record as a Project Manager for 10+ years delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.
Strong understanding of construction contracts (e.g. JCT, NEC).
Excellent financial management skills with experience overseeing multi-million-pound budgets.
Skilled communicator with strong leadership and negotiation abilities.
Hands-on, solutions-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working within a family office setting, balancing commercial focus with long-term vision.
