Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join an exciting opportunity in a Design and Build Innovative Start Up .

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in managing projects from inception to completion. This role requires exceptional skills in cost control, time management, and effective communication. The Project Manager will oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Conduct requirements gathering sessions to define project specifications and stakeholder expectations. Utilise content management systems to organise project documentation and facilitate collaboration among team members. Monitor project progress through effective time management techniques and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Implement cost control measures to ensure financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables. Present project updates to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting key milestones and potential risks. Leverage tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, SAS, and ServiceNow for project tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of project management methodologies. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with content management systems is advantageous. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams towards achieving common goals. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
