With recent strategic growth and expanding international partnerships, we're looking for a driven and detail-oriented

Project Manager

to join our team on a contract basis (3-6 months initially) to support a large-scale phased international deployment. This role will be based in our Belfast office with some travel to the middle east required.

What You'll Work On



Own end-to-end project management for the specified project rollout, ensuring timely and effective delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g. engineering, product, technical support, commercial) to align project milestones and deliverables. Serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and the client. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk monitoring. Drive active risk mitigation within the stakeholder group. Monitor progress and performance, ensuring quality standards are met throughout deployment. Prepare and deliver regular status reports to senior leadership and external partners. Facilitate issue resolution and maintain clear lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, local regulations, and company policies. Pro-actively communicate and manage expectations of all parties in the project.

About You



Previous experience (3-5 years) in project management, ideally within a hardware/software environment. Demonstrated record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Comfortable working across time zones and cultures, particularly in the Middle East. Ability to travel to Saudi Arabia as needed. Confident in a fast paced environment and an ability to hit the ground running. Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable but not essential.
