About The Role




We have a new vacancy for Project Manager that could be based at any of our regions, and may involve travel to each.


This post is the central project support for a complex, customer-focussed change initiative involving the integration, training, roll-out and documentation of new websites, a new CRM platform, reporting dashboard, telephony and integration into financial ERP system.



Reporting into our Chief Sales and Marketing Officer to ensure alignment with business and brand goals, the successful applicants will work closely with senior stakeholders across departments as well as external partners and have real impact.


Aims and outcomes:




Coordinate cross-functional teams and project sprints to ensure alignment to business objectives, timeframes, budget and scope Develop detailed project plans and document progress, implementation guides and technical requirements Design and deliver user training and provide post implementation support to enhance customer experience and CRM processes Build and nurture meaningful relationships with external partners, especially digital agency, implementation partner, dashboard developer and the sales coach Continuously monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvement measures in an agile fashion Work closely with regional and group sales and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms Drive ongoing improvements and innovation in line with evolving customer needs and trends to drive growth, penetrate new demographics and delight customers Ensure that our customers' data is always treated with respect and diligence and compliant with legislation such as: The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), The Consumer Protection Act, the NHQB and The Consumer Code

About You




Proven work experience as a Project Manager/Director or similar senior role for complex integrations Deep understanding of detailed sales, marketing and customer engagement performance metrics Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills with a strong customer service attitude Proven project team management skills, ideally within a complex structure Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Hubspot Previous experience of working with platforms such as Umbraco (website), Stripe or WorldPay (Payments), Coins (or similar Financial ERP systems) would be desirable Experience of coaching, developing, and guiding high performing teams Curiosity, Openness to new ideas and willingness to learn
