In this role, you'll lead and oversee complex projects, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll collaborate with diverse teams locally and across our UK offices, embracing innovative ways of working to drive successful outcomes. Your expertise will be crucial in managing our clients expectations, coordinating with stakeholders, and implementing best practices in project management. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for UK-based projects
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within JLL
• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment with UK market expectations
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions tailored to UK regulations
• Monitor project progress and performance, making data-driven decisions
• Conduct regular status meetings and prepare reports for stakeholders
• Champion sustainable and technologically advanced solutions in project execution, aligning with UK sustainability goals

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in project management within the UK real estate or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and project management methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
• PRINCE2 Practitioner certification or equivalent UK-recognized qualification
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in the UK context

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with sustainable building practices and BREEAM certification
• Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology as applied in UK projects
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
• Experience in multi-site projects across different UK regions
• Additional certifications such as APM or RICS
• Understanding of UK property law and planning regulations
