Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee and manage domestic renovation projects from initial survey to project handover. The ideal candidate will have proven experience coordinating multiple trades, managing on-site activities, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed
project surveys
and assessments Plan and managedomestic renovation projects
across all trades Overseecontractors, subcontractors, and site teams
Managematerials procurement
and coordinate deliveries Trackproject progress, budgets, and timelines
Ensurequality control
and compliance with company standards Maintain strongclient relationships
and provide updates throughout the project Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow Collaborate closely withsite supervisors
and theoffice administrator
Support a positive, productiveteam environment
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Project Manager
in domestic renovations Strong understanding of construction trades and processes FullUK driving licence
and ability to travel between sites Excellentcommunication and leadership skills
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with office staff, supervisors, and contractorsWhat We Offer
