The role is to lead the design, planning & delivery of critical colleague centric projects that will have a real impact on the organisation. The initial project will focus on optimising self-service, core process improvements and technology enhancements such as live chat, digital assistants and Oracle AI .What are we looking for?

• Proven track record in delivering complex cross functional projects in financial services.

• Experienced director level stakeholder management both face to face and managing steer co level conversations and presentations.

• Proven track record in managing projects within tight timescales in a regulated business to budget.

• Experience in Oracle HCM and HR projects is a significant advantage.

• Proven record of excellent verbal skills with the ability to run workshops and deliver critical and complex messaging to peers and stakeholders.

• Proven record of excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt content for a variety of audiences and ensuring complex concepts are appropriated adjusted for recipients.
