What You'll Be Doing

Lead and deliver multidisciplinary engineering projects from initial concept to final handover Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to agreed specifications Prepare feasibility studies, cost estimates, and CAPEX forecasts Maintain full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies

What You'll Bring

Degree in engineering or equivalent hands-on industry experience Proven project management experience within FMCG, pharmaceutical, or food & beverage environments Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software Desirable: IOSH/NEBOSH and APM or PRINCE2 certification
