THE PERSON

We are recruiting in the roles of Project Manager and Project Executive at Rockitfish which requires all of the following, together with a healthy dose of your own personality and individuality:

THE WORK

Key elements of the Project Manager and Project Executive role include:

Conducting research for the production of events and proposals

Venue sourcing and recommendation

Assisting in solution design and ideas generation

Compiling proposals and project budgets

Negotiating with suppliers

Delivering against financial and service targets

Delivering projects from brief, through detailed planning to reconciliation

Effectively communicating with clients, partners and suppliers

Managing third party relationships and project teams, including on-site

Consistently exceeding expectations of clients and colleagues

Developing effective relationships with clients and partners

Providing marketing support to help drive new business opportunities

Attending live events, industry events and undertaking training opportunities as required

Job Type: Full-time

The Project Executive role and the Project Manager role are both hybrid working roles usually with 3 days per week based at our Hertford office.

Salary range: 30,000 to 45,000 plus bonus and benefits

Pay: 30,000.00-45,000.00 per year
