Project Manager

(Exhibits & Tradeshows)

who thrives on turning bold ideas into flawless builds. If you love being at the centre of the action--managing timelines, budgets, teams, and clients--this could be your next move.

What You'll Do



Own the process

- lead projects from concept handover to delivery, making sure every detail is on point.

Keep things moving

- manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables across multiple live projects.

Collaborate and communicate

- work hand-in-hand with design, production, and client teams to keep everything aligned.

Problem-solve on the fly

- anticipate challenges, troubleshoot quickly, and offer smart, practical solutions.

Support estimates

- prepare accurate quotes and costings for custom builds.

Guide quality

- advise on materials, finishes, and sourcing to ensure the best outcome for every project.

Oversee suppliers

- manage subcontractors and vendors, raising purchase orders and tracking progress.

Mentor others

- provide support and guidance to junior team members.

Look ahead

- join post-project reviews and help shape how we do things better, every time.

What You Bring



5-10 years' experience in

exhibitions, events, or experiential marketing

(or a comparable project-based industry). A degree (or equivalent practical experience) in a relevant field. Confidence in reading CAD drawings and understanding build methods. Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines without losing focus. Working knowledge of materials, fabrication, and trade show regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. Excellent communication and collaboration skills--you build trust with colleagues, suppliers, and clients alike. Flexibility to travel across the UK and internationally when projects require it.
