Location: This is a multi-site role covering the University of Greenwich 3 campuses - Avery Hill, Greenwich & Medway, a car allowance is therefore provided

Days/Shift Pattern: 40hrs pw Monday - Friday

Salary: 41,000pa - 42,000pa + excellent bonus and benefits package

We're now seeking a motivated and detail-driven

Project Manager

to join our dedicated team. In this role, you'll oversee a wide range of small works and improvement projects across all three university campuses, ensuring they're delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

What you'll do



Manage the end-to-end task order process, from client request to completion and financial close. Collate, manage and report on estimates, project data and financial information using Power BI and other internal tools. Work closely with Sodexo operational teams, contractors and university stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and communication. Produce accurate small works estimates, evaluate quotations and ensure value for money. Support the Head of Projects with data analysis, project planning and risk management. Oversee compliance, health and safety, and quality standards across all project activities. Maintain clear documentation and tracking systems to ensure transparency and accountability.

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in project management within facilities management, estates or construction environments. Good understanding of Construction Design Management Regs and the key responsibilities / obligations Strong understanding of FM operations within a large or complex site (university experience ideal). Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Confident communicator able to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and suppliers. Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with Power BI reporting. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. A proactive, self-motivated approach and a passion for delivering quality and efficiency.
