Sheerwater Glass, a trusted name in windows, doors, and glazing for over 50 years, is seeking a driven Project Manager to oversee the delivery of fenestration, conservatory, glazing, and large-scale repair projects.
This role is ideal for someone with construction experience and transferable skills who is ready to step into project management or formalise their existing expertise. Previous double glazing experience is not essential -- we are happy to provide specialist training and support, including accredited double glazing courses, where required.
Alongside managing live contracts, you'll work towards a Level 6 NVQ in Construction Site Management, equipping you with the qualifications and skills to progress into senior leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver fenestration, conservatory, glazing, and large-scale repair projects from planning to completion
Coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve high-quality outcomes
Monitor costs, schedules, and client satisfaction to ensure successful project delivery
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and quality procedures
Act as a key link between clients, site teams, and senior management
Develop your leadership and management skills while working towards the NVQ
What We're Looking For
Background in construction with transferable skills (experience in fenestration/glazing preferred but not essential)
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills, able to build positive relationships with clients and teams
A motivated individual eager to develop leadership capability and complete the Level 6 NVQ
