Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with proven experience in supervising teams and managing complex projects. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects while ensuring alignment with organisational goals. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills, as well as proficiency in various project management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints Conduct requirements gathering sessions to define project objectives and deliverables Utilise project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira to track progress and manage resources effectively Manage the delivery of Finance/Commercial/ Supply Chain & Procurement workstream, SAP ECC, S/4 Hana delivery experience Good engagement/communication across many markets where governance is centralised Perform root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions Oversee cost control measures to ensure projects remain within financial parameters Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status Apply data analysis skills to assess project performance and inform decision-making processes Develop comprehensive project plans using methodologies such as Waterfall or SAFe Agile Manage documentation through content management systems like SharePoint or Confluence. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product development initiatives

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role with strong team management capabilities Proficiency in ERP systems and familiarity with tools such as SAP Finance, S/4 Hana Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving project goals Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly Ability to handle multiple, complext projects and respond to dynamic and global project management and delivery challenges If you are passionate about leading projects to success and possess the required skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Pay: 60,000.00-90,000.00 per year
