We are Quay Commercial a commercial fit-out/Fire door installation company and we are specialists in making hotel, hospitality, and leisure venues even better!

We are seeking an exceptional Fire Door Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale projects with precision and expertise. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in managing complex fire door installation and compliance programmes, demonstrating outstanding organisational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate teams across high-value, large scale contracts. This is a unique opportunity for a driven professional to take ownership of landmark projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Experience of fire door installation/project management is essential as is the ability to report and communicate to shareholders.

You will be accountable for:-

Managing and directing all fire door and fire prevention initiatives Assistance with fire door inspections and fire door report completions Oversee compliance and progress, conduct site inspections Accurate reporting capabilities
We work alongside some household names in the UK and standards must always remain high.

To be considered for this role you will need to have: -

3 years Project manager experience essential in commercial environments. 3 years leadership experience Experience with Bolster software Good working knowledge of Excel/Word Knowledge of fire doors and fire safety standards
This role will require an ability to travel to North London to accommodate our well known clients.

Salary is 50-60,000 per annum. (Negotiable for the right candidate)
