What You'll Be Doing:

  • Take ownership of installation projects from start to finish, ensuring they're delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Juggle multiple projects at once, keeping everything moving smoothly.
  • Spot risks early in contracts and find smart solutions.
  • Drive financial success by forecasting revenue and managing cashflow effectively.
  • Bring together teams and resources to hit key milestones.
  • Stay ahead of challenges with proactive risk management and problem-solving.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders through clear, consistent updates.
  • Lead key meetings, from kick-off to handover, ensuring alignment at every stage.
  • Keep projects on track with accurate documentation, budgets, and reporting.
  • Champion a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement across all sites.
Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Solid project management experience, ideally in installation, construction, or technical environments
  • Strong new business prospecting skills within the Fire market.
  • Proven track record managing large and/or multiple projects
  • Strong knowledge of project management processes and methodologies
  • Ability to forecast, report, and maintain financial control
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills
Desirable
  • Experience with NEC or JCT contracts
  • Prince II, APM, or similar certification
  • Experience maximising install margins and revenue performance
