The Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to own and deliver cross-functional projects spanning fitness, gyms, health, sales, marketing, and logistics. This role requires proven project delivery experience alongside the ambition to make a tangible impact in a modern, fast-growth business.
This is not a box-ticking role. It's a chance to shape and deliver projects that directly influence our international expansion. For the right candidate, the role can evolve into a C-suite leadership position as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee multiple projects across fitness, health, sales, marketing, and logistics, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle: scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
Liaise with directors and department leads to turn business goals into actionable project plans.
Identify risks and bottlenecks, implementing proactive solutions.
Drive operational efficiency while maintaining our entrepreneurial culture.
Work closely with the gym expansion team to deliver unique fitness concepts internationally.
Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, product launches, and market entry strategies.
Track performance metrics, reporting back to directors with insights and recommendations.
Contribute beyond project delivery, supporting strategy and long-term business vision.
About You
Proven track record in project management, ideally across fitness, health, marketing, or logistics.
Bonus consideration
for experience in social media, marketing teams, or talent management, with additional financial incentives tied to performance in these areas.
Comfortable in a start-up style environment, adaptable, resilient, and solution-oriented.
Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves when needed.
