Project Manager - Fit-Out & Refurbishment Projects - Belfast, Northern Ireland
Ongoing Contract Rate: 400 per day
Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join a leading contractor specialising in fit-out and refurbishment projects across Belfast and the surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of projects from start to finish, delivering high-quality commercial fit-outs in a fast-paced environment with a strong pipeline of upcoming work.
Key Responsibilities

• Full project ownership from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead, manage, and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
• Manage client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
• Conduct progress meetings and proactively resolve technical, operational, or commercial challenges.
• Drive efficiencies to achieve programme targets while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on fit-out or refurbishment projects.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations and site compliance.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
• Right to work in Northern Ireland required.
