Project Manager - Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC - London
Design and build contractor who specialises in commercial projects looking for a Project Manager to manage projects mainly in London
Suitable for Project Managers, Project Engineers, Contract Manager and Contract Engineers with strong project management experience and excellent customer facing skills
Approximately 10 direct reports plus sub-contractor labor
Package:
Salary 80,000
Travel expenses paid
Performance bonus
33 days holiday

5% matched pension
Requirements:
Plumber, Electrician, HVAC Engineer or mechanical / building services engineer
Strong project management experience, including management of sub-contractors and procurement
Lives commutable to London
Based from home with office visits when needed
