Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead planning and execution of medium to large cybersecurity projects, often involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders across different regions. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and project teams. Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership through regular reporting. Facilitate project governance, including status meetings, documentation, and stakeholder reviews. Oversee vendor coordination and manage third-party deliverables as needed.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Strong project management skills and experience in managing project teams. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required (or highly recommended).

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 6 to 8 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. May hold one or more industry certifications.
