We are a long-established family run business in Oxford, specialising in the supply and installation of luxury kitchens and bathrooms, in addition to construction projects ranging from extensions to new build developments.
Due to the continued growth of our business, we are looking for an experienced project manager to oversee the successful installations of our kitchens and bathrooms.
You will co-ordinate with our design team and clients, and will assist with the sign off process, scheduling of works, surveying of projects prior to commencement and running of each individual project to ensure they are completed on time, on budget, and to our high standards.
Part of your role will be to liaise with the design team, installers, and clients to provide a seamless installation service from start to finish and be the main point of contact between everyone.
Experience:
Driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
Experience in project management
Kitchen and / or bathroom technical experience or experience of installation
Working to deadlines and managing several projects at various stages
Comfortable communicating with clients, designers and fitters.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service in a very busy and demanding environment
Be flexible and willing to work outside your core hours if necessary
Manage multiple projects ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout
Be part of the design sign off prestart meeting
Allocate trades with the advice of Designer and Installation Director
Be the primary point of contact for the client during installation
Communicate to the clients on timings, concerns and problem solving
Attend site to check the fitter's progress
Attend every final survey with designer and fitting manager
Conduct pre completion internal sign off
Sign the project off and ensure completion to customer satisfaction
Assist and ensure that all Health and Safety is adhered to
