Main Responsibilities
:
Drive Change: Lead and manage projects that drive forward organizational, cultural, operational, technology and digital changes
Remove Blockers: Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder project progress
Add Substance: Enhance the quality and impact of deliverables by providing strategic insights and actionable solutions
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes
Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and their input is valued throughout the project lifecycle
Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance and progress, providing regular updates and reports
Change Engagement: Ensure high levels of change engagement and adoption across the organisation
Essential Skills and Experience:
Significant experience in a project manager or delivery manager role must have broad business change experience and not just technical change
Recognised qualification, or a desire to be formally qualified in, project management (for example, PRINCEII, AgilePM, PMP etc.)
Demonstrable experience of delivering complex projects using a variety of methodologies.
Understanding of change management techniques
Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
Ability to work independently across a varied range of projects, stakeholders, and topics
Ability to establish, and drive the adoption of, relevant PM skills and processes within the business
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to assimilate complex information and research to drive strategic business planning

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other project management and delivery tools (Jira/Confluence etc.)
