Reporting to the Contract Services Manager, you will take the lead on delivering a range of Fire Systems projects as part of our long-term partnership with Transport for London (TfL). You'll be responsible for defining project goals and deliverables, managing budgets, tracking progress against schedules, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.


This is a hybrid position with flexibility to work remotely, while maintaining a presence in our Canning Town office 2-3 days per week.

What You'll Do:

Manage multiple minor works projects under our Fire Maintenance Contract for TfL Prepare and submit quotes for minor works Ensure timely and cost-effective material procurement Develop and oversee logistics plans to meet project delivery timelines Produce and maintain key project documentation and records Lead change control processes and ensure all variations are recorded and communicated Organise and facilitate key project meetings, including kick-offs, design reviews, and close-out sessions

Who You Are:

You are a results-driven Project Manager with proven experience delivering fire-related projects. You thrive in client-facing roles and are confident managing stakeholders and coordinating multidisciplinary teams..

Key Requirements:

Demonstrated experience managing fire systems projects Experience delivering a programme of works valued at 1M+ per annum Strong commercial and financial awareness Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong leadership and team coordination abilities A recognised Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince2, APM, PMP) Prior experience with London Underground (LUL) or TfL projects is highly desirable
