About the Role



This is a key role in shaping the future of how Gemba operates. As we transition to a more integrated and efficient tech stack, you'll play a pivotal role in enabling teams across both APAC and EME to work smarter, collaborate seamlessly, and deliver at scale.


We're entering an exciting phase of transformation and are looking for a driven, results-focused Project Manager to lead the implementation and training of new CRM, pipeline, and project management systems. You'll also support the rollout and adoption of a new finance platform, ensuring successful integration across the business.



Responsibilities



Project and Vendor Management



Support the development of user stories and manage delivery with implementation partner and/or software vendors Oversee project timelines, budgets and project scope to ensure the in full- and on-time implementation of software solution Provide regular project updates, manage communication between all parties involved, and ensure clear and effective communication channels are in place Prepare and chair weekly Steering Committee Meeting with internal and external stakeholder to ensure the project is on track and within budget Manage software providers and implementation partners to ensure that all areas of scope are delivered on time, in full and within agree budgets
Manage risks and issues with clear mitigation strategies Provide regular updates to the CEO / COO on areas of risk


Process Documentation



Identify major changes to internal processes and document accordingly Focus areas include: Project Management Lifecycle New Business processes
Ensure that new/reviewed modules are properly filed, documented and supported with internal Development Modules


Training



In conjunction with the People team, develop a comprehensive training program to support the launch of the new applications Training programs to be customised to the different levels and divisions of the business In conjunction with the People team, develop an Induction training program to ensure that all new staff members are trained in relevant areas of the tech stack
In conjunction with the People team, develop a training program to ensure that all staff members are trained in relevant areas of the tech stack including more advanced functionality and an approach to ongoing training designed as a refresher for existing staff


About You



Experience



Proven track record managing the implementation of Sales Force into SME businesses Strong project management and communication skills
Ability to lead cross functional teams


Skills



Experience leading software implementation projects. Ideally across CRM (Salesforce), project management and finance systems in a fast-moving, cross-functional business environment Confidence managing vendors and stakeholders, keeping projects on track and within scope A proactive and structured approach to risk identification, communication and mitigation
A strong eye for documentation, process development, and scalable training design
